This policy explains what information Daplyx collects through this website, why, who we share it with and how you can reach us about it. Daplyx is operated by [registered business name to be confirmed], [registered address to be confirmed].
What we collect
When you apply for an AI Operations Audit, the form asks for:
- your first and last name, work email and, if you give it, your mobile number
- your company name and, if you give it, its website
- your company size, your role, the kind of business, where your team loses the most time and when you would want to start
- anything else you choose to tell us
With the application we also record the page you applied from and, if you arrived from an advert or a campaign link, the campaign details in that link (the UTM parameters and the Meta click ID, fbclid).
If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and chosen time on our behalf. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
- to assess your application and reply to it
- to arrange and hold the call you book, and to prepare a proposal
- to understand which campaigns bring applications
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies and browser storage
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not run the Meta Pixel. To keep the campaign details with your application while you move around the page, it holds them in your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. Where session storage is unavailable, it uses a first-party cookie that lasts only for your browsing session. After you apply, your name and email are held the same way so the booking calendar can fill them in for you.
The booking calendar on the page after the form is provided by Calendly and may set its own cookies. Calendly’s privacy policy applies to them.
Who we share it with
- Microsoft, whose Power Automate and SharePoint services receive and store applications for us
- Calendly, which handles call bookings
- Hostinger, which hosts this website
These providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep applications for [retention period to be confirmed], then delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, by emailing [contact email to be confirmed]. If you are in the United Kingdom, you can also object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable format.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) in Australia or the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) in the United Kingdom.
