How we measure it: we take the hours from the one-week time snapshot and the interviews, cost them at each role’s loaded hourly rate over 48 working weeks, and add them up across every opportunity in the readout. Ask for the refund within 14 days of the readout.

Most first builds are a bundle of three or four agents, costing A$18,000–27,000 to set up, plus A$3,000–4,500 a month to run and improve them. Your cloud and AI usage is billed to you at cost.
